Almonds

Many eat almonds only twice a year or, to be more precise, they only eat home-made cakes or other desserts that have almonds as ingredients. This is, of course, a big mistake, since these nuts are highly rich in many rare minerals. In fact, it would be advisable to have almonds on dining table all the time, and to consume them daily.
Almond is also very well known for its oil, which contains natural Vitamin E. Recently conducted studies have suggested that almonds have a significant role in prevention of cancer. Peanuts, almonds and pecans are the most effective when it comes to cancer prevention.
